“Sync Now” stays available as a backup to re-check every order and product.

• Orders: number, date, customer, channel, status, payment status, discounts, shipping, taxes, refunds and total paid.
• Order lines: product, variant, SKU, size, quantity, original price and the discount applied to that line.
• Products: name, variants, SKU, size, retail price and whether they are active.
• Shipping charged and taxes are kept separate and never counted as product sales.
• Payment processing fees are not imported yet — Shopify does not return them in this connection, so they stay at zero. Add them as an expense if you want them in your profit.

• Read-only: orders, products, prices, discounts, customers and store stock are never changed.
• Shopify stays the source of truth for sales and orders.
• Each order is matched by its Shopify order number, so running the sync twice never creates duplicates.
• Your store access details are kept on the server and never appear in the app.
